Applications to the ballot for the March Long weekend are now closed. 

We are now fully booked for the March long weekend 2018

Applications for the 2019 March Long weekend will reopen in April 2018

Available camp sites are allocated by ballot. Entries drawn are offered  the choice from all the available sites. The first entry drawn has the choice from all the available sites, once a site is chosen, the next entry drawn is offered all the remaining sites, and so on until all sites are taken.

Camp sites are allocated by ballot. Entries drawn are offered  the choice from all the available sites. The first entry drawn has the choice from all the available sites, once a site is chosen, the next entry drawn is offered all the remaining sites, and so on until all sites are taken.

Group bookings are possible, however the larger the group the more difficult it is to accommodate the request. A maximum of six people per site including children will be allowed. Only one application per group with total number of sites requested to be listed in the “messages” section of the application.

If your name is drawn out in the ballot, we will call the contact number that you have supplied us with, otherwise, all unsuccessful entries can expect an email response after the February the 14th.
All unsuccessful inquiries will be kept, and should any cancellation be received we will draw another name from the original ballot to fill the cancellation.
Please ensure that only one request per family is entered, multiple requests will result in ALL entries from that family being disregarded.
