Once your order is received we will put the pass aside for you to collect when you next visit the reserve.
Your pass will be available for pick up in person from the ticket box once it opens at the entrance to the park from the 7th of October 8am to 4pm. Saturdays and Sundays, and then every day from 7am to 5pm from the 23/12 to 28/1, then again back to the weekends through until the end of the season at the end of the Easter School holidays.

Passes are valid for the season, from the end of September to the end of Easter holidays.
