The Disabled Surf Association has a Sandcruiser beach wheelchair available for free hire at the Point Leo Surf Life-Saving Club on the Mornington Peninsula. The Sandcruiser beach wheelchairs are ideal for use on sandy surfaces. The chair is easy to manoeuvre with arm rests that swing away for transfers.
